Workshops
BCT offers a range of workshops ranging from acting to producing throughout the year. These are open to non-members of BCT for a small entry fee, which makes them a great way to find out more if you’re thinking about joining us. BCT Members are eligible for a discount on all workshops.
Membership
Whether you love being on stage, behind the scenes or in the audience, BCT is for you. English doesn’t have to be your first language, and you’re welcome whatever your level of experience. As a member you’re encouraged to take part in BCT shows and activities however you like, even if that’s just to meet new friends.
Auditions for The Emperor’s New Clothes
Audition with BCT for a new *LIVE* performance!
Bangkok Community Theatre is thrilled to announce open auditions for English-speaking adults of any nationality, age 18+, interested in performing in the late January 2022 production of “The Emperor’s New Clothes.” Auditions will be held at on Sunday, November 28th at 11am, 2021 at Bistro 33.
This delightful participation play requires a small cast of adults ready to jump in and interact with the children in the audience, plus a small production team. Casting is flexible and most roles can be played by adult actors/actresses of any age (18 years and up.) If you enjoy the magic of children’s theatre, please consider getting involved!
We are also looking for a small production team including a Stage Manager, a Front of House Manager, Front of House staff and more. Plus, we’d like to add a live musician to the production – someone who plays the guitar would be ideal, but we’re open!
