Workshops
BCT offers a range of workshops ranging from acting to producing throughout the year. These are open to non-members of BCT for a small entry fee, which makes them a great way to find out more if you’re thinking about joining us. BCT Members are eligible for a discount on all workshops.
Membership
Whether you love being on stage, behind the scenes or in the audience, BCT is for you. English doesn’t have to be your first language, and you’re welcome whatever your level of experience. As a member you’re encouraged to take part in BCT shows and activities however you like, even if that’s just to meet new friends.
The FREE BCT Production Workshop: January 20, 2018
As part of our New Year’s resolution to make 2018 another active and vibrant year for Bangkok Community Theatre, we plan to host a FREE Production Team Workshop to help train more producers on Saturday January 20, 2018, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m, to be held at a private conference room on Sukhumvit Soi 16; please RSVP (below) no later than January 15 and we’ll send you further details.
As many of you know, we’d love to be staging at least four shows a year so that we can vary the type of material offered and always have something for everyone; however to do that, we need more producers and assistant producers to help get things going. That means we need you!
We held this workshop very successfully back in early 2016, but our membership has evolved over the past two years so we’d like to offer it again. It’s a great opportunity for our members and friends to find out what it really takes to get a show off the ground – it’s a great learning experience and a lot of fun.
