The Essential “Marriage of Figaro” Workshop

In preparation for BCT’s upcoming auditions for “Marriage of Figaro”, show runners Ian Robinson and Tony Newman will conduct a preliminary workshop to help develop the show and work with potential cast members. While this is not the audition, it is a good way to work directly with us and learn more about the production as we take a look the plot, characters setting, and songs of the opera. We will also learn about vocal warm up exercises and how to protect your voice before going on stage.

Please bring along any song you might want to use at any audition and be prepared to sing it. We will give you piano practice time and we will also give help and feedback.
