During the first Table Read of Hey Siri, director Saran Polchan discussed costuming with the cast on a play about an Apple product gone wrong. Olivia Gilmore, who plays an Apple Genius, Mary, uses an Android and doesn’t know the Apple Genius uniform. From then on, it is revealed that the rest of the cast, Jordon Shinn (Sam) and Betsy Palmerston (Siri), are also Android users. We all had a laugh at the irony of it all.
